Shipping policy

We offer domestic shipping.

Domestic shipping is a flat rate of $10. For orders over $100, enjoy shipping on us! 

Please allow 5–7 business days for processing and shipping. Keep in mind that unexpected delays may occur due to weather or national holidays.

If you need to make a change to your order, send us a message at hello@shopcoastalhouse.com as soon as you can, and we’ll do our best to assist. However, please note that once an order is placed, we can’t guarantee any changes can be made.

Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its journey. If the tracking shows it’s been delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend checking with household members or neighbors first. You may also want to reach out to the shipping carrier for more details.

If you’re still unable to locate your package after 5 business days, contact us at hello@shopcoastalhouse.com with your order number, full name, and shipping address. While we aren't responsible for lost packages, we’ll do our best to help you find a solution!
